One-Pan Sausage, Onion, and Peppers

You can eat sausage and peppers as a greasy hoagie, or you can eat it as fast, healthy dinner.

Here’s how to choose the latter.

Follow this simple recipe that’s filled with healthy veggies and protein and basically only requires chopping up a bunch of food and putting it in the oven.

The key? Look for sausages made with organic meat, either in the organic section at the grocery store or from a local butcher shop that specializes in taking really good meat (like grass-fed beef or heritage pork) and turning it into sausage in-house.
