While processed meats are generally something we advise staying away from, chicken sausage, in particular, is a great source of fast, flavorful protein, since you barely have to cook it.
Just look for varieties that haven’t been cured using added nitrates and that carry the USDA organic seal.
Then toss the delicious slices with spinach and feta for a quick, delicious meal.
