This Party Punch recipe is pretty genius, and here’s why.

Most punch bowls start with a base of sugary orange juice, cranberry juice, Sprite, or tonic water.

This one uses green tea as its main ingredient, which cuts sugar and adds antioxidants. Then you add the delicious bubbly and just a little bit of cranberry for flavor and color, plus fresh fruit for garnish.

Now all you need is to hop into that sparkly LBD.

Ingredients

6 cups steeped green tea, cooled to room temperature

1 cup sparkling wine or champagne

1 cup 100% cranberry juice

2 limes

1 red grapefruit

3 navel oranges

 

Directions

Party Punch
  1. Mix tea, wine, and cranberry juice in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  2. Slice limes, grapefruit, and oranges into thin wedges. Reserve one orange for garnishing glasses.
  3. Toss remaining fruit into tea mixture and stir.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
