If anyone ever tells you they’re too intimidated to cook fish at home, send them this Dijon Salmon recipe.
It’s really as simple as making dinner gets, which makes it a good one to add to your regular repertoire.
The Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and soy sauce (use liquid aminos instead if you want to make it gluten-free) add flavor without excess calories. Serve with your favorite green veggies or salad for an easy, healthy meal.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 salmon filet
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Place fish in shallow baking dish.
- Spread mustard over fish and then pour lemon juice and soy sauce on top.
- Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 350 F for approximately 10 minutes.
