Not gonna lie, but creamy Caesar dressing is kind of amazing. Your body, however, would have to disagree when you buy it bottled, packing all kinds of unwanted ingredients.
Here’s a healthy alternative: a dressing made with probiotic-rich kefir, which provides the creamy base that’s reminiscent of traditional creamy Caesar, and other nutritious ingredients like parmesan, garlic, lemon, and olive oil.
Add in avocado, and it’s kind of everything you could possibly need in a dressing, whether you’re coating a kale salad or dipping your almond-crusted, baked chicken tenders.
Not only is it super tangy and delicious, but when you add it to your salad, it adds a boost of nutrients. You’ve already got the veggie goodness; this brings probiotics from the kefir and healthy fats thanks to dairy, avocado, and olive oil.
