Alright, so you had a lot of fun last night.
Every once in a while, a good night filled with de-stressing with friends and family lasts longer than anticipated, and you end up drinking and eating a little too much.
This nutrient-packed smoothie is the perfect antidote.
It’s hydrating, cleansing, and incredibly nutrient-dense.
In fact, in addition to the incredible nutrients (including tons of antioxidants!) you’re getting from the greens, avocado, and cinnamon, we threw in a green powder, too. That takes the whole thing up a major notch.
Did we mention it has a slightly sweet, berry-banana flavor, without a hint of added sugar?
For the record, in addition to recovery, you could drink it any morning for a powerhouse breakfast.
WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
If you tried to maximize the amount of nutrients you could fit in one glass, you’d end up with this smoothie. In addition to tons of important micronutrients, it has healthy fats from the avocado and protein from the chia seeds. And it’s super sweet and creamy, to boot.
