Green Recovery Smoothie

Alright, so you had a lot of fun last night.

This nutrient-packed smoothie is the perfect way to recover from going all out at HIIT class or from a night of going all out!

It’s hydrating, packed with protein and incredibly nutrient-dense.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
