Keri Glassman, MS, RD, CDN, is a renowned celebrity nutritionist, healthy cooking expert, and wellness thought-leader. She is the founder of Nutritious Life, a lifestyle and media company devoted to helping individuals discover and live their most nutritious (and happiest!) lives, a 2018 and 2021 Webby Award Honoree for Best Health Website, and a 2019 Webby Award Nominee for Best Health & Fitness Social Media. She is also the founder and lead instructor of the Nutritious Life Studio, her online nutrition, coaching, and business program that provides unparalleled, forward-thinking education to passionate health and wellness students around the globe. Her approach to providing accessible, science-backed healthy living advice that extends beyond food and diet—to areas like sleep, stress, and exercise—steers millions of people towards well-rounded wellness strategies that work for them. Keri has also been an adjunct professor at NYU in their Masters program in the nutrition and food studies department. 

Upon receiving her BS from Tufts University in 1995 and her masters in clinical nutrition in 1999 from New York University, Keri swiftly built a successful private practice as a dietitian in NYC. Keri now has 20 years of experience in counseling clients, building businesses, and mentoring up and coming wellness professionals. Her approach to providing accessible, science-backed healthy living advice that extends beyond food and diet—to areas like sleep, stress, and exercise—steers millions of people towards well-rounded wellness strategies that work for them.

Keri has authored four books; including The New You and Improved Diet (Rodale, Dec 2012), Slim Calm Sexy Diet (Rodale, March 2012), The O2 Diet (Rodale, Dec 2009), and The Snack Factor Diet (Crown, 2007). Keri also contributed to Editor-In-Chief of Women’s Health Magazine, Michele Promaulayko’s books, Look Better Naked (Rodale, April 2010) and 20 Pounds Younger (Rodale, December 2014). 

Keri also helps millions as a trusted nutrition and health expert in the media. She is dedicated to her field and to the broader goal of educating the public, and her expertise is frequently featured on several national television programs including The Today Show, Access Hollywood Live, The View, The Talk, The Doctors, The Rachael Ray Show, The Wendy Williams Show, The Steve Harvey Show, MSNBC, CNN and HLN. Keri is a Today Show Tastemaker and an advisory board member for Women’s Health Magazine, and is a prolific

Keri resides in New York City. If she’s not watching her kids, Rex and Maizy, play soccer you’ll probably find her trying out a new fitness class, running in central park, planning her next travel adventure, chatting it up at a farmer’s market or satisfying her inner foodie at a new restaurant. You could take away potato chips forever, but don’t think about removing chocolate chip cookies, her spiral notebook or her sneaker collection.
