Butternut Squash Smoothie

Butternut squash in your soup, butternut squash in your salads, butternut squash on pizza.

During fall, we basically want to eat it every which way, and that includes throwing it in a smoothie, which you can sip for breakfast or blend up after a workout.

P.S. Throw a handful of spinach in if you’re up for some added nutrients and we bet you won’t even taste it.

WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE

Smoothies can be seasonal, too. Tap fall and winter flavors like warming cinnamon with this blend while benefiting from nutrients in squash like vitamins A, C, and K, fiber, and carotenoids.
