15 Delicious One-Pan Meals for Fast, Easy Dinners

By Sarah Sarway

While we’re big on experimenting in the kitchen, it’s nice to know that making weeknight dinners doesn’t have to be a total production. That’s where one-pan (or one-pot!) wonders come in.

Instead of multiple skillets and stock pots, these recipes require just a single pot or pan. That makes it easier to whip up a meal quickly. More importantly, it means you’re not left with hours of post-meal dish-washing and drying (which is super useful after a long day of work).
