1 cup kefir

1 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup raw rolled oats

1 CocoaVia® Unsweetened Dark Chocolate stick pack

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
