Ingredients

3 cups Romaine hearts

2 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons hazelnuts, toasted

To Make Dressing: (makes 2 portions)

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup kale sprouts

 

Directions

Romaine Goat Cheese Hazelnut Salad
  1. Mix romaine hearts, goat cheese, hazelnuts in a big bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Slowly whisk in oil. Pour over salad and toss.
  3. Top salad with kale sprouts.
