Tina has been been a fitness and nutrition enthusiast for most of my life. Her passion for exercise has led her to try just about every exercise trend out there, including Lagree Fitness, a pilates-based workout on the megaformer. After her first class, she was hooked! Several classes later, she was inspired to become certified to teach the method. After teaching Lagree Fitness for a few years, she fulfilled her desire to train clients in the gym by earning her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
She is a proud wife and mother, and enjoys living life actively with my husband and daughter through activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, golf, hiking, skiing, and bike riding. Her mission, “Living to 100,” inspires her to live life to the fullest and she encourage each of her clients to do the same.
