Kelly Cunningham

Kelly Cunningham is a professional counselor, integrative health coach, holistic health practitioner, and Nutritious Life Certified nutrition coach. She began her career as an inpatient and outpatient therapist in the nationally-known Eating Disorder Program at Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital in Tulsa, Okla.  After Laureate, she began her own private practice working with clients to foster  a more positive and holistic approach to healing and wellness.  She became a Certified Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine, which provided a new lens to focus on the whole client, not just their illness.  She began an alliance with Lisa Larkin, MD, and Associates , where she focused on stress management from caretaking roles and its related anxiety and physical ramifications. She also helped clients learn healthy coping skills, work/life balance, and how to take charge of their health. 

Kelly was also a group facilitator at the Career Resource Center in suburban Chicago where she implemented monthly education on stress management and confidence building during career transitions and offered one-on-one coaching.  Previously, she was a therapist with Associates of Health Psychology on the East Coast before completing training in executive and personal coaching.  At the College of Executive Coaching, she broadened her skills to include assessments such as Myers Briggs, building leadership skills, emotional intelligence and team building.  She currently resides in Southern California providing services to a national client base.
