Jolene completed her Master’s Degree at NYU with a specialty in emotional eating and mindfulness. She pursued advanced studies in weight-loss, weight-management, meditation, Buddhist psychology, and reflexology to create a holistic approach for well-being. She works with clients by exploring their bodily sensations, mental formations and discursive thinking patterns to reveal their own true nature and innate wisdom. Jolene’s intention is to support and facilitate a path of resilience, ease and compassion for oneself.
