Yerba Mate Coconut Smoothie

The afternoon slump hits…and you could quickly down a cup of coffee.

Or you could whip up this energy-boosting smoothie that also provides plenty of healthy fats, for brainpower that will keep you productive until well past 5:00 p.m.

Plus, sipping it will also put a smile on your face since it’s filled with super delicious, creamy goodness—from avocado, coconut, banana, and vanilla.

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup brewed Argentine Yerba Mate (cooled)

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

1/4 avocado (frozen)

1 small banana (frozen)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions

Yerba Mate Coconut Smoothie
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
