Grilled Shrimp Kebabs

Does anyone know why grilled food is more fun on a kebab?
We certainly don’t have an explanation, but it just is.
With this recipe, you get the kebab factor, fresh grilled shrimp, and the amazing flavors of grilled peppers and onions, which really shine when a little charred.
Ingredients
Directions
- Thread shrimp, pepper and onion on skewers.
- In small bowl mix together olive oil, garlic and pepper and brush over skewers.
- Season kebabs with salt.
- Broil 3 to 5 minutes per side, turning once.
WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
Chicken’s great on a kebab, but fish has a place, too. Shrimp is low in fat and calories but is a great source of lean protein, vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, and selenium.
