Avocado is a magical food no matter how you slice it, and that includes as a smoothie ingredient.

Basically, it adds amazing creamy texture without interfering with stronger flavors.

Here, that means you get a blend that tastes like delish peanut butter-banana. It just happens to include extra healthy fats and vitamins, courtesy of avo (and spinach, which also loves to hide covertly in smoothies, sharing its nutrients without any hope for attention).

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1 small banana, frozen

1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter

1/2 small avocado

1 handful spinach, raw

1 scoop Life's Abundance Vanilla Protein Powder

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
