Mary ‘s passion is to educate and empower busy women to nourish their body and establish new health habits that will make an impact on generations to come. Cultivate Nutrition was created as the vehicle to offer powerful tools for women to cultivate their health so they can conquer their day! As a Registered Dietitian, certified health coach, former sales manager, wife and mom, I have both the credentials and personal journey to guide you and your family to feel your best!

Mary attended TCU where she received her Bachelors of Science degree and completed the coordinated program in dietetics to become a Registered Dietitian. She currently lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys playing outside with her family, traveling, yoga and a good cup of coffee.

๐Ÿ. Steam cauliflower + pureฬe until totally smooth. Leave to cool.โ โ 
โ ๐Ÿ. Take pureฬed cauliflower, add the flour + mix with spoon to create a dough. Give dough a quick knead.โ โ 
โ ๐Ÿ‘. Flour surface, roll dough into a sausage shape, cut into small pieces + roll over a fork to create gnocchiโ โ 
โ ๐Ÿ’. Boil pan of water, add gnocchi + cook for three minutes until they float to the surface. Scoop them out + place to the side. โ โ 
โ ๐Ÿ“. Boil broccoli + peas until cooked, and drain. โ โ 
โ ๐Ÿ”. Using the same pan, mix the gnocchi with chive cheese spread, pesto, broccoli, peas, a squeeze of lemon + a pinch of salt.
