Turmeric, turmeric, turmeric.
The term (turm?) is mentioned so often it practically sounds like the mantra of the wellness-obsessed (after matcha, matcha, matcha).
Here’s the thing: the trendy root has gotten a lot of hype because its potential anti-inflammatory health benefits are pretty incredible. Once you get on board, though, the biggest challenge is figuring out how to get it into your diet. It’s got a very particular flavor and color and you can’t just start sprinkling it on everything.
This latte, then, is a great solution, especially during winter months, when you kind of want to be sipping something warm 24-7. It’ll warm you up from the inside out, and you might just inadvertently start to hear the mantra, too.

WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
Turmeric is filled with curcumin, which acts as a powerful antioxidant to fight free radicals while at the same time lowering levels of enzymes that cause inflammation. And who doesn’t love a delish warm beverage you can turn to on days when you’ve really gone too far with the coffee?
