Strawberry Ginger Limeade


What if you took all of the most refreshing foods and blended them into one delicious drink? That’s basically what we did here.

The strawberries, lime, and mint are filled with bright, fresh flavor, and ginger adds a little kick to make things more interesting.

Whip up a big batch for friends at your next barbecue or pool party or make yourself a summer mocktail if you’re skipping alcohol for a while. If you’re not, you could also totally add a splash of vodka or tequila. Just saying.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 inch peeled ginger
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water

DIRECTIONS

  • In a high speed blender, add strawberries, ginger, lime juice, and mint leaves. Blend on high until smooth.
  • To a glass with ice, add 3-4 tablespoons of strawberry puree, top with soda water, stir, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy!

WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE

Strawberries are packed with inflammation-fighting antioxidants, ginger is a natural immune system-booster, and mint is great for digestion. And to be honest, the combo just tastes amazing.
