Nut and Seed Bread

Don’t get hung up on the word “bread,” okay?

There’s nothing bready about this, except that you’ll be able to eat the finished product like bread, even though it’s totally gluten- and grain-free.

Also, have you ever baked bread?

It takes forever and is super labor intensive, as opposed to this loaf, which just entails mixing some nuts and seeds together and baking. And just think about how pretty it’ll look topped with avocado.
