We don’t believe in juice cleanses, but we do wholeheartedly believe in getting in lots of greens every.single.day.
That task can be tricky on certain days, when you’re sick of making endless kale salads or just don’t feel like sauteing chard.
Green juice is a great solution, since it allows you to quickly drink up the nutrients from lots of veggies all at once. And this “super greens” version is even more powerful, since the fresh, whole vegetables are supplemented with a powdered greens blend.
Drink up every last drop, and you’ll be radiating chlorophyll all day.

WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
Despite the name, green juices usually aren’t very green. Often, they’re made of mostly fruit with just a few leaves of spinach or kale thrown in, which ends up meaning you’re sipping lots of liquid sugar. This drink is just veggies all the way, with fresh lemon, ginger, and parsley for flavor.
