Yup, we’ve got many of those.

The star of this one is coconut butter, which has the same healthy flavor as coconut oil but with a creamier texture for mixing. Paired with cinnamon and a little shredded coconut for texture, it’s divine.

6 ounces Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon coconut butter

1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut

Dash cinnamon



Cinnamon and Coconut Yogurt
  1. Stir coconut butter and shredded pieces into Greek yogurt.
  2. Top with cinnamon.


Thanks to its healthy fats, coconut butter will help fill you up, while the protein from Greek yogurt  gives you energy for the day. Cinnamon, by the way, has been associated with increased alertness and reduced stress, so maybe eat this dish for breakfast right before a big meeting.
