Ingredients

4 ounces sea scallops

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning

 

Directions

  1. Line baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Place scallops in small bowl and add olive oil and seasoning.
  3. Place scallops on pan and place in oven and broil about 3 to 5 minutes.
