Chicken sausage makes for a protein-rich, filling meal. Sweet potatoes are packed with more health-boosting beta-carotene than any other fruit or vegetable, and they also provide plenty of fiber. Add in olive oil, garlic, and oregano, and you’ve got more than enough flavor and antioxidant action.
