Green Tea Yogurt

Matcha, matcha, matcha. The grassy green tea is talked about a lot, thanks to its high antioxidant content and ability to provide an energy boost that’s not as jittery as coffee’s.

If you don’t have time to stand at the counter whisking it into a beverage in the morning (the kids need to get to school, you’ve got another early meeting, etc.), add the powder to your yogurt, instead.

If the flavor’s a little earthy for you, try adding just a touch of honey to turn up the sweetness. The hemp seeds, meanwhile, add a little satisfying texture.

1 tablespoon matcha powder

1 teaspoon hemp seeds



Green Tea Yogurt
  1. Add matcha powder into yogurt and mix to combine.
  2. Top with hemp seeds.
