Instead of added sugar or tons of fruit, this blend is sweetened with just a few dates and balanced with cashews, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
Bonus: Cacao adds heart-health boosting flavanols.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
- 5 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
