Use it to flavor grilled chicken, to top fresh fish, or as the perfect dip to pair with a pile of raw veggies.

Who needs sour cream or mayo when you’ve got protein- and probiotic-rich yogurt to use as a dip base? Avocado adds healthy fats, while garlic and chili powder contribute antioxidants…and obviously lots of flavor.
