Protein Cookie Dough

OMG!! is the only appropriate reaction to this recipe, okay?

Yes, we figured out a way to make eating raw cookie dough good for you, and we expect the thank you letters to start piling up in the mail, shortly.

No, it’s not technically, actually cookie dough, but it tastes just like it and is so much better for your body.

It totally qualifies as a post-workout snack, too. How much fun will it be to see the look on your trainer’s face when you tell her you’ve started eating cookie dough after your sessions?

WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE

Raw cookie dough is filled with refined sugar, white flour, and raw eggs (which isn’t really safe). This version is all nutritious ingredients like almond butter and coconut. It’s filled with both protein and healthy fats to fill you up and provide energy and is totally gluten-free.
