Greek Yogurt Popsicles with Goat Cheese and Honey

Make these popsicles when you’re craving a tasty refreshing treat on steamy summer days, especially if you’ve got company.

They’ll think you’re super fancy when you tell them what’s in these, and especially once they taste the tart yogurt paired with tangy goat cheese and sweet honey.

These are not the corn-syrup and artificially colored popsicles of your youth.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 4 tablespoons honey

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Spoon into popsicle molds or paper cups. Freeze until semi firm.
  • Stick wooden sticks in.
  • Freeze until completely frozen.
