Omelette with tomatoes, ham, cheese and green herbs on plate.

Ingredients

1 olive oil cooking spray

1/3 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced

3 eggs, whisked

1/3 cup Good Culture cottage cheese

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

 

Directions

  1. Spray cooking oil to preheated nonstick pan. Sautée shiitake mushrooms then add whisked eggs.
  2. Add cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat until eggs are set.
  3. Transfer omelette to serving plate, serve with toast.
