INGREDIENTS
- 1 olive oil cooking spray
- 1/3 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1/3 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Spray cooking oil to preheated nonstick pan. Sautée shiitake mushrooms then add whisked eggs..
- Add cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat until eggs are set.
- Transfer omelette to serving plate, serve with toast.
