These egg crepes are light and fluffy and ridiculously easy to make.

Eat them while sipping an espresso, obviously.

Ingredients

4 egg whites

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup low fat milk

1 cup fresh berries

 

Directions

Egg Crepe
  1. Blend all ingredients together (except berries) until thickness of crème.
  2. Heat pan, spray with cooking spray and then pour batter.
  3. Flip when brown and cook for another minute.
  4. Serve with berries.
