Well, we can’t send you to the Caribbean (sorry!), but we’ve got the next best thing thanks to this island-inspired smoothie featuring spinach, banana, and pineapple. The flavor profile is sure to remind you of your last vacay, even as you’re rushing to work. Sigh.

1 cup water

1 banana, large

1 cup pineapple, frozen

3 cups spinach, raw or frozen

½ lime, juiced

 

Directions

Spinach, Banana, and Pineapple Smoothie
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-power blender.
