Energy balls are basically the best thing to happen to the snack world. They’re balanced, bite-sized, and easy to make…I mean, what more could you ask for?
Pack these peanut butter energy balls in your bag before a busy day, and you’ll tackle your to-dos feeling nourished, full, and happy. (More of a dessert person? Check out these fudgy peanut butter blondies!)

- Mix the ingredients together.
- Form into balls.
- Refrigerate for an hour or freeze for future use.
