Here’s what you need to know before you jump in:
Yes, you’ll be “cleansing” for four days, so you can drop a few initial unwanted pounds. But my definition of cleanse is probably not what you’re used to. Instead of starving your body via a liquid diet (or some other crazy plan), you’ll be cleansing the healthy way—with whole foods and whole-person habit shifts (it’s not all about food!)—for a happy new year and a much more nutritious you.
I believe in feeding and fueling your body with nutritious, natural, and unprocessed foods that heal the body, combat bloat, and revitalize you from the inside out. Your body has its own effective detoxification processes involving the liver, kidneys, and digestive tract, and in the NL Refresh and Reset, you’ll help your body kick those into high gear. But you’ll also re-learn portions and re-invigorate your personal wellness commitments to things like less stress and better sleep.
Finally, in true Nutritious Life-style, you’ll have support! As your personal coaches, the Nutritious Life Certified wellness pros will put their unique spin on the experience and hold your hand along the way. (You don’t have to live in one of the cities; just choose the community closest to you!) They’ll engage via Facebook Live videos, offer encouragement, and answer your big and little nutrition and wellness questions. You’ll also have the support of everyone else in the group, who can weigh in on your challenges, congratulate you on successes, and more.
