Ingredients

2 rice crackers

2 tablespoons marinara sauce

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

 

Directions

Mini Pizzas
  1. Top fiber crackers with 1 tablespoon marinara sauce on each.
  2. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Microwave for 15 seconds.
