Want to have ice cream for breakfast? We say go for it! Creamy yogurt mixed with nuts, greens and berries make this the perfect (and filling) treat for your a.m. meal.

Ingredients

3 cups coconut yogurt

1/4 cup Life’s Abundance Greens Blend

1 cup chopped, raw nuts (like almonds)

1 cup blueberries

 

Directions

Frozen Berry Muffin Bites
  1. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl combine yogurt and Greens Blend, whisk until fully combined.
  3. Spoon yogurt mixture equally into the muffin pan.
  4. Top with granola and blueberries.
  5. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
