Here’s another reason to fall in love with your muffin tin. These frozen “muffins” will taste like an ice creamy treat, but they’re a healthy, filling breakfast (or even an afternoon snack) that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Not only are you getting the antioxidants in the blueberries, calcium in the yogurt and healthy fats, fiber and protein in the nuts—but you’re sneaking in your greens by adding Life’s Abundance’s Greens Blend which is organic and raw.. Plus, it has a blend of organic reishi, maitake, and shitake mushrooms to provide B vitamins and the immune supporting benefits of mushrooms.
