Sustain Natural’s Meika Hollender Wants Women to Prioritize Sexual Health

If you had to name your healthy diet, what would you call it? When Harry met Salmon.

What’s your go-to breakfast? Two fried eggs and gluten-free toast.

Your go-to workday lunch? Anything Sweetgreen.

The snack you always have with you when traveling? A banana and WATER.

What do you eat before and after a workout? I can’t eat before I work out, but I always have a piece of fruit after.

Your favorite food indulgence? Anything gluten.

How often do you exercise, and what’s your workout of choice? 2 to 3 times a week, and I mix it up with Pilates, barre, and yoga.

Which workout would you NEVER do? Hot yoga.
