Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls

1 scoop Life's Abundance Chocolate Protein Powder

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup natural peanut butter (1 cup set aside)

4 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons dairy-free mini chocolate chips

water (as needed)



Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls
  1. Combine chocolate protein, almond flour, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips.
  2. Add water slowly as needed and mix until dough becomes desired consistency.
  3. Roll dough into balls, place on tray and put in freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Microwave the peanut butter that was set aside immediately prior to taking balls out of freezer.
  5. Using gloves, roll balls in peanut butter, covering generously. Place back in freezer for 1 hour.
