Nut Butter Pantry Party


This one isn’t really a recipe. We call it a party because you essentially invite a bunch of healthy snack foods you’ve already got on hand and hang with the ones you love.

Just like you don’t need to spend time friends who don’t make you feel good, choose the nut butter and fruits that make you happiest (and support your overall wellness).

And then…enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar natural nut butter
  • sliced bread or high fiber crackers
  • 1 jar honey
  • 1 sliced apples
  • assorted berries, raisins or applesauce
  • dehydrated fruit
  • Carrot sticks

DIRECTIONS

  • Choose your favorite ingredients from the list above and mix and match to your heart’s delight.
