Okay, we don’t like to brag, but we do believe in celebrating accomplishments (preferably with a low-sugar champagne cocktail, obviously). Which is why we thought we should share this super exciting news with our loyal community of readers:
Nutritious Life is officially a 2019 Webby Award Honoree!
If you don’t know about the Webby’s, they’re basically the Oscars of the internet. Each year, they recognize the best of the best across the web, in terms of content, design, and much more. (The New York Times called it “the Internet’s highest honor,” so that about sums it up.)
We were chosen as an honoree in the Websites: Health category, alongside a few other impressive sites like Well+Good, Greatist, and Vice Media’s Tonic. (Congrats, friends!)
This is a big moment for us, because while wellness is now a buzzword, our fearless leader Keri Glassman has been working on bringing her science-based, whole-person approach to healthy living to more people around the world for almost two decades.
For a long time, that meant taking care of patients in a private practice. Then, it expanded to being a leading voice on nutrition and wellness in the media. Then, just a few short years ago, Keri decided that Nutritious Life should become its own media company, providing stellar online education programs and the highest quality wellness content to help people everywhere live their own unique, happiest, healthiest lives. (Fun fact: She put a Webby Award on her vision board!)
We’re thrilled about the honor, really, because it will allow us to continue accessing the deeper reward of doing this work—supporting and guiding an ever-growing community on its journey to better health, deeper relationships, clearer minds, and richer lives.
Cheers, readers! We couldn’t have done this without our incredible, loyal community, and we’re so grateful for your support. Keep on reading and sharing our content, and we promise we’ll be here for you. Together, we can create a healthier world—one antioxidant-packed smoothie recipe (and totally awesome award!) at a time.
