Tonya Andruskiewicz

Tonya has been studying nutrition for 10 years, as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach, and a Certified Fitness Chef. She then got into triathlons, and got certified as a personal trainer. Her passion in life is inclusion, so her current focus is teaching fitness and nutrition to teens and young adults with special needs. She left herΒ  corporate job of 17 years to start her own business teaching adapted fitness, and while she is still building it, she loves being able to serve all of her clients by teaching nutrition to everyone!
