We’re def here for #GuacamoleDay 🥑 Swipe for We’re def here for #GuacamoleDay 🥑 Swipe for some simple ways to top your guac—we’ll be over here putting a dollop of this homemade chunky goodness on top of our chips and calling it a day.

Simply go to guacamole:

INGREDIENTS
1 garlic clove, peeled, finely chopped
½ small jalapeno, seeds removed, chopped 
1 small white onion, finely chopped
3 avocados
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Sea salt, to taste
1 ounce crumbled cotija cheese for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Finely chop the garlic, jalapeno, and onion. Cut avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl and add garlic, jalapeno, onions. Mash with the back of a spoon. Add lemon juice and salt. Scoop into a serving dish and garnish with cheese.
