Mediterranean Turkey Pita

Applegate-Roasted-Turkey-Sandwich

Created in partnership with Applegate®.   There’s nothing quite like a classic turkey sandwich when it comes to a delicious, satisfying lunch, right? If you’re a healthy eater, however, you probably struggle with whether or not deli meat should be part of your (and your kids’) regular diet. Applegate® does deli better, so that you can enjoy delish sandwich meats like Oven Roasted Turkey Breast and Black Forest Ham on a daily basis. The fast facts? Applegate Organics’ meats are certified organic, never contain antibiotics, GMOs, or artificial ingredients, and come from humanely raised animals. It gets better: The company just gave its poultry line another upgrade to improve taste and texture even more (yum!) and remove carrageenan. (Talk about clean ingredients!) To help you take advantage of these better-for-you meats, we teamed up with Applegate to create the tastiest, nutrient-dense sandwich you could imagine.
