Alright, so you had a lot of fun last night. Every once in a while, a good night filled with de-stressing with friends and family lasts longer than anticipated, and you end up drinking and eating a little too much. This nutrient-packed smoothie is the perfect antidote. It’s hydrating, cleansing, and incredibly nutrient-dense. In fact, in addition to the incredible nutrients (including tons of antioxidants!) you’re getting from the greens, avocado, and cinnamon, we threw in a green powder, too. That takes the whole thing up a major notch. Did we mention it has a slightly sweet, berry-banana flavor, without a hint of added sugar? For the record, in addition to recovery, you could drink it any morning for a powerhouse breakfast.
