When it comes to this slaw, slim has multiple meanings. It’s super light and healthy since it’s made with whole, nutritious ingredients. So, it can easily be part of an overall eating plan that keeps you slim. But the recipe itself is slim, too. Instead of fattening it up with hard-to-find ingredients you’ll have to spend lots of time chopping or complicated steps to making dressing, we use just five, simple ingredients. That means you can whip up this delicious summer side dish for a barbecue, lunch, or dinner in just five minutes. Slim isn’t a word usually applied to time, but in this case, it just might work.
