Choco-Avocado Pudding

Chocolate pudding just got a major upgrade. This creamy, delicious dessert can also be eaten as a snack since it’s made with just four healthy ingredients (plus a fifth nutritious garnish). Using avocado as a base makes it the perfect consistency and honey adds nutrient-rich sweetness. Can you imagine how excited your kids (and significant other!) will be if you start serving this after dinner?

Ingredients

1 medium avocado, refrigerated
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Place first 4 ingredients into a high speed blender, and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Pour into small ramekin.
  3. Top with slivered almonds or preferred topping.
