no-bake desserts

Love spooning up raw cookie dough? This raw brownie batter is another way to enjoy a similar flavor. The difference is it will satisfy serious chocolate lovers in a much deeper way. (Yay!) It’s gooey, sweet, and instead of giving you a sugar crash, it’s filled with protein for long-lasting energy. And you can make it in five minutes or less, no hot oven required.

Ingredients

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dairy-free mini chocolate chips
Water (as needed)

Directions

  1. Combine chocolate protein powder, almond flour, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips.
  2. Add water slowly as needed and mix until dough become desired consistency.
WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE It’s filled with protein thanks to protein powder and creamy peanut butter and includes immune-boosting honey. It’s also a vegetarian and gluten-free dessert (or mid-afternoon snack), so basically anyone can enjoy it. You can get your chocolate protein powder here.
