Egg Crepe

With just a few ingredients, get transported to a French cafe without leaving your kitchen. These egg crepes are light and fluffy and ridiculously easy to make. Eat them while sipping an espresso, obviously.

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 cup fresh berries

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together (except berries) until thickness of crème.
  2. Heat pan, spray with cooking spray and then pour batter.
  3. Flip when brown and cook for another minute.
  4. Serve with berries.
WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE The eggs provide protein while berries deliver powerful antioxidants, and cinnamon adds flavor and plenty of micronutrients. Oh, and it’s sweet and delicious!
