And turns out, they even complement each other, with the zesty lemon pairing perfectly with the tangy, salty taste of capers. Add them to chicken and you won’t be disappointed.

- Place nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to plate.
- Add lemon juice and capers to pan, swirl around to heat, and pour over chicken.
- Top with parsley.
